Produced handmade in copper alembics, Cachaça Tellura originates from alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in the must of sugarcane juice. In the distillation process the strict separation of fractions of head, heart and tail is held being just its heart used to obtain a product within physical–chemical standard of international quality.
